The ACT Government has approved new arrangements for the Multicultural Grants Programs administered by the Office of Multicultural Affairs. The Government has decided to combine funding previously provided for the Multicultural Grants Program and the Multicultural Radio Grants Program into one single grant program. This new program is now known as the Participation (Multicultural) Grants Program.
Aim
This Grant Program aims to enhance the ACT community through the provision of supplementary funding for the development of innovative projects that highlight and promote cultural diversity, social harmony and inclusion through the following supports:
- National Multicultural Festival
- Community Radio Stations and Multicultural Community Broadcasters
- Multicultural Community Participation, Social Harmony and Inclusion Initiatives
