The ACT Environment Grants has been funded annually since 1997 and is currently administered by the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate.
Aim
The Program is focused on supporting the community to undertake environmental activities that complement delivery of the Government's environmental priorities, as articulated in the The Canberra Plan: Towards our Second Century and in 2011 particularly in relation to the International Year of Forests and activities that assist the Territory in celebrating Canberra’s centenary in 2013.
