Letter to existing CSD 2019-20 grant recipients [PDF KB]

Has the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on your capacity to deliver your planned activity? Are you able to undertake your current approved grant funded project?

The Community Services Directorate is aware that many events, such as conferences, workshops, festivals, training, qualification courses, sporting events and other grant funded activities are being cancelled or postponed. If you are not able to deliver the approved funded activity as planned, please consider how you might be able to adapt the mode of delivery or nature of the approved activity to achieve similar outcomes or to address a priority need at this time. You may also wish to consider the option of holding the delivery of your funded activity over to a later date.

For completed projects and where your acquittal is currently due or due within the next three months, CSD will be extending your funded activity acquittal report up until 31 December 2020. If you are able to acquit early, please log onto Smartygrants to acquit, otherwise please ensure you continue to keep records of all expenditure of your grant.
