ACT Screen Investment Fund

The ACT Government’s Screen Investment Fund is designed to support the growth and sustainability of the ACT screen industry, which includes film, television and digital media.
The Fund provides equity co-investment with the marketplace in creative, original and marketable projects that can demonstrate significant economic, cultural and creative benefits to the ACT.
The ACT Screen Investment Fund is administered by the Economic Development Directorate in collaboration with ScreenACT, the ACT Office of Film, Television and Digital Media.

Arts Residencies ACT Fund
Community Services Directorate

ACT Event Fund 2013-2014
The ACT Event Fund will open on Saturday 15 June 2013 for festival and events that will take place during 2013 and 2014.
The ACT Government, through the ACT Event Fund, provides financial support for new and existing festivals that reflect the diverse range of community interests and enrich the experience of living in and visiting Canberra.
The ACT Event fund is the amalgamation of the ACT Festival Fund and Events Assistance Program. In aligning the two funds to a calendar year from 2014, an interim round will exist for the remainder of 2013.
2013 ACT Event Fund interim Round
Through the ACT Event Fund interim Round, the ACT Government is offering financial support to existing festivals and events only that will occur between July and December 2013. The closing date for this round is Friday 12 July 2013.
2014 ACT Event Fund
Through the ACT Event Fund round, the ACT Government is offering financial support to new and existing festivals and events that will occur between 1 January and 31 December 2014. The closing date for this round is Friday 9 August 2013.
Please note that no extensions will be granted and late applications will not be accepted.

ACT Environment Grants

The ACT Environment Grants has been funded annually since 1997 and is currently administered by the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate. The Program is focused on supporting the community to undertake environmental activities that complement delivery of the Government's environmental priorities, as articulated in the The Canberra Plan: Towards our Second Century and in 2011 particularly in relation to the International Year of Forests found at http://www.internationalyearofforests.com.au/
and activities that assist the Territory in celebrating Canberra’s centenary in 2013.

Innovation Connect Grant Program

The ACT Government’s Innovation Connect grant program is designed to help Canberra based businesses develop innovative products and services. If your business is in the early stages of preparing an innovative product or service for investment or commercialisation, then Innovation Connect may be able to help you get to the next step.
The program has three categories:

Innovation Connect grants range from $5,000 to $50,000. Grants are awarded on a dollar-for-dollar matched-funding basis. Payments are made following the completion of agreed milestones.
This is a competitive grant program. Your application will be assessed against the program criteria and compete with other applications in the same round.

Tune Up Canberra Grant Program
Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate
Tune Up Canberra was a $2 million dollar-for-dollar ACT Government grants program offering financial incentives to encourage owners of commercial office buildings to make their buildings more energy and water efficient.
Owners of Class 5 commercial properties with more than 500m2 in gross floor area could apply for Stage 1 or Stage 2 funding.
